Timing depends on your event schedule, team size, and how much time we can dedicate per person. Most corporate headshot sessions take 2–3 minutes per individual, with options for 5–7 minutes when time allows, or 10–15 minutes per person for smaller, more branded sessions. I work closely with your point of contact—whether Marketing, HR, or an Executive Assistant—to determine the optimal timing and flow, allowing us to photograph large teams efficiently while maintaining a polished, professional result.
Do you offer on-location corporate headshots in San Diego?
Yes. We specialize in on-location corporate headshots throughout San Diego, including offices, conferences, offsite, and event venues. We can provide a backdrop of your choice, or photograph in the actual setting.
Can you photograph large teams or conferences?
Absolutely. Our high-volume headshot stations are designed for scale, and we regularly photograph 40+ employees in a single day, including conference and event environments.
There are options to book single photographer booth. or an additional photographer for an efficient double headshot stations if limited on time.
How do employees select their final photo?
I work with the POC to decide on what’s best for the process – I share the proofing gallery divided into subfolders or provide a more express option.
Do you provide guidance on wardrobe and posing?
Yes. We provide clear direction on posing, getting the best facial expression, and adjusting or selecting wardrobe to help every individual feel comfortable and look professional on camera.
Do you offer branding or marketing photography alongside headshots?
