Your brand is more than a product or service—it’s a personality, a point of view, and a connection to the people you serve. I create custom brand photography that visually expresses who and what your brand is, while reflecting the values of your target market.

Based in San Diego, I work with personal and commercial brands to craft imagery that feels intentional and true to your identity. From food and products to people and places, each session is designed to capture the meaningful details that define your brand—the expressions, styling, environment, and energy that bring your story to life.

Whether you’re building a personal brand, launching a product, or elevating your online presence, I deliver distinct, tailored visuals that connect with your audience and clearly communicate who you are.

Behind the Shoot:

Grit in Motion –
A Lifestyle Branding Series

This branding series was built around capturing raw strength, discipline, and authenticity through high-intensity, candid moments. The goal was to create bold, grounded imagery for a performance-driven brand—set in a rugged, outdoor urban space.

My approach to executing this shoot:

  • Concept & Moodboard: Centered on a tone of grit and focus, with a muted palette of charcoal, olive, black, and grey.

  • Wardrobe Styling: Selected simple, functional athleticwear that highlighted form, motion, and real effort. Rather than exaggerated pieces.

  • Location Scouting: Chose an outdoor gym with concrete, dark, grey textures and exposed steel to reinforce the raw, industrial vibe.

  • Shot Direction: Focused on movement and pause
(boxing drills, chin-ups, resting between sets) captured naturally without over-directing.

  • Visual Storytelling: Highlighted sweat, focus, and physicality to visually express resilience, determination, and presence.

The final imagery reflects a brand rooted in grit—not flash. It's real, intentional, and designed to resonate with an audience driven by performance, not perfection.

Chase Distance

BranD Session

The brand story:

running Brand Imagery – Rooted in Real runners

This brand shoot was designed to capture the reality of distance training—pushing through tough workouts while building a sense of community. The goal was to create imagery that felt authentic, powerful, and connected, reflecting both individual grit and the supportive coaching environment.

My approach to executing this shoot:

  • Concept & Moodboard: Built around intensity, camaraderie, and endurance—balancing the raw challenge of running with moments of shared energy and encouragement.

  • Athlete Preparation: Provided each runner with a detailed shot list, attire and hair/ makeup prep, call times, test shots, and context for each setup to ensure they understood the purpose and flow of the shoot.

  • Location Scouting: Sought the actual location of the workouts, to convey the connection and showcase runners in their real element.

  • Shot Direction: Focused on motion-driven images: mid-stride power, group intervals, recovery moments, and the grit of effort. Balanced action shots with natural, candid pauses.

  • Visual Storytelling: Conveyed the toughness of running while showcasing community and connection—illustrating Chase’s role not just as a coach, but as a leader fostering growth and resilience.

The final imagery reflects endurance and authenticity. Real runners can spot models and novice form instantly, so it was essential every shot felt genuine. The result is real, intentional, and built to resonate with athletes motivated by progress, not perfection.
